This website is for “Telenursing” with Project number: 2022-1-De02-KA220-VET-000088728, which has been funded with support from the European Commission, with the support of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.

The body responsible for all personal data compiled on this website (unless this privacy policy explanation states otherwise) is the consortium of the project:

Should the webpage refer to or link to external content, it is pointed out that Telenursing consortium and Pro Arbeit - Kreis Offenbach (AöR) has no influence on this content and does not adopt it as its own.

If the linked pages of external providers contain illegal or offensive content, Pro Arbeit - Kreis Offenbach (AöR) expressly distances itself from this content.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

Data Storage: European Server in Frankfurt.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our website, fill out a form, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website. This information typically includes a name or an email address.

We don’t make money from advertisement and we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the website. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our website.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users ‘personal identification information to others. The Telenursing Learning Platform is operated by a consortium committed to promoting the telecare practices. The usage and collection of the data you share are governed by the principles outlined in our privacy policy. Email and Contact Information Sharing:

When you enter the Platform, you have the option to share your email address and select contact information, including your email address, phone number, and address. This sharing of data enables effective communication and interaction among users

Log Data

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. This data is not merged with other personal data which you actively enter whilst using the website. The IP addresses are anonymized immediately at the earliest possible stage of the collection network.

Under the section “Our partners” you will find information about the cooperation partners of all current and completed projects. By clicking on the corresponding buttons/links, you will be directed to the respective websites of the partners. You leave our website and our technical sphere of influence. The data processed when visiting these websites can be obtained from the privacy policy of the respective websites.

Social Media

Through our website you can access social networks by clicking on the respective button on our website. The direct contact between the networks and the users is not established until the user actively clicks on one of these buttons. An automatic transfer of user data to the operators of these platforms does not take place.

Facebook: Facebook is operated by „Facebook Inc.“, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The Facebook fan page is available on the homepage of our website via button. By clicking on the button, you leave our website and call contents on servers of Facebook. We have no influence on the processing of your data entered on Facebook. It cannot be granted that Facebook will use your data and / or pass it on to third parties. Please inform yourself about the respective valid data protection regulations https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy. Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement providing a guarantee to comply with European privacy legislation (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active). We do not store personal data of our Facebook “friends”. We do not use any of your data (including comments, videos or pictures) for other purposes and do not share them with third parties.  If a user is a member of Facebook and does not want Facebook to collect data about him through this online offer and associate it with his member data stored on Facebook, he must log out of Facebook and delete his cookies before using our online offer. You then leave our website and are directed to the Instagram website. If you are logged in to your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit of our pages with your user account. YouTube: Our website uses a Google-powered plug-in at YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Through the plugin only the thumbnail of a YouTube video is displayed. Only when the user has clicked on the play button will the video itself be loaded. It tells the servers of YouTube or Facebook which of our pages you have visited, even if you do not have an account on YouTube. We have no control over the nature and extent of the data stored on YouTube. If you are logged into your YouTube or Facebook account, you will be able to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube or Facebook account before visiting our website. This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 1st, 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

The art. 13, c. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the user’s rights. The Telenursing website therefore intends to inform the user about the existence of:

·       the right of the interested party to ask the data controller for access to personal data (Article 15 of the EU Regulation), their updating (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003), rectification (Article 16 of the EU Regulation), integration (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter a) of the Legislative Decree 196/2003) or the limitation of the processing that concerns it (Article 18 of the EU Regulation) or to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their processing (Article 21 EU Regulation), in addition to the right to data portability (Article 20 EU Regulation);

·       the right to request cancellation (Article 17 of the EU Regulation), the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003);

·       the right to obtain the attestation that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter c) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003);
